Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Valid Driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

• Train and develop Store Employees.
• Maintain good Customer/Donor relations and resolve complaints.
• Ensure store meets ARC Merchandising Standards.
