MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager for the 6963 Olive Blvd location in University City. You will partner with the General Manager to drive operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced store.

You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, training, and cash handling while enforcing food safety standards. This role offers growth toward ownership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experience with inventory management and cash handling.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
• Preferred: Food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• Manage cash handling procedures, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with budget monitoring and analysis.
• Implement and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health protocols to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and decisively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in local community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness standards, and equipment functionality through organized and proactive management.
• Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
