Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist the Store Manager with store operations, hiring, supervising staff, and executing merchandising to uphold our standards.

You will lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service, manage cash handling, and help advance a career in management through comprehensive training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience handling food preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers; ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program and lead by example with urgency, patience and leadership.
