Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. You will assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, staff oversight, scheduling, and merchandising to maintain high standards and fast customer service.

Responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and guiding staff, bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring food program execution. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience is desirable.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and coordinating staff to complete daily tasks.
• Handle bookkeeping and merchandising to maintain standards.
• Ensure regular, predictable onsite attendance.
• Support execution of Circle K food program and customer service excellence.
