Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Store operations, including staffing, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Help hire, supervise and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks and ensure high standards and fast, friendly service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance and support the food program.
• Set an example for staff with urgency, patience and leadership.
• Ensure safety and security practices are followed for customers and employees.
