Circle K Stores Inc. in Piperton, TN is seeking a Store Assistant (Bonused) to support the Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and merchandising.

You will help hire, train, and motivate team members while ensuring fast, friendly service to customers and accurate bookkeeping. You will contribute to a well-run store with a focus on food program standards, safety, and guest satisfaction, all while maintaining reliable onsite attendance and a positive, energetic leadership

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Store operations.
• Help hire, supervise and coordinate staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Support execution of the food program to keep quality and service at top levels.
