Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Mayaguez store to lead a dynamic team and drive sales with an Omni-channel Oasis approach. You will partner with the Store Manager to manage payroll, shrink, and expenses while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong leadership, and effective communication. You will supervise up to 25 stylists, maintain Windsor standards, and foster continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing the store.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs for a full shift.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and brand loyalty through omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Assist in talent attraction and onboarding to build a broad talent pool.
• Organize and plan store operations to execute daily tasks efficiently.
