• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, hiring, bookkeeping, and merchandising
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service
• Execute food program standards and demonstrate leadership and urgency

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness
• Physical ability to stand, lift, push, and manipulate objects as required

Preferred Experience

• Retail or management experience
