Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, hiring, bookkeeping, and merchandising. Maintain high standards and ensure fast, friendly customer service. Demonstrate leadership, urgency, and patience, especially in executing the food program.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or management
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring skills
• Experience with food handling preferred
• High School or College Degree(s)

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
