Role Overview

Assist the Store Manager with overseeing store operations, staff supervision, hiring, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Provide fast and friendly service, ensure regular onsite attendance, and execute the company's food program with care and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and merchandising tasks

Qualifications and Skills

• Leadership experience in retail or management roles
• Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for up to 8 hours
