Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Store Assistant to support store operations, assist with staff supervision, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include hiring support, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, merchandising, and executing our high standards, especially in our food program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, staff hiring and supervision, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. Regular onsite attendance is required.
