Your Key Responsibilities: You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations, help with hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high standards for fast and friendly customer service. Regular onsite attendance is expected. You will also execute the food program, demonstrating care for customers and leading by example with urgency, patience, and leadership.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour
• Grasp, reach, manipulate objects, and possibly climb ladders
