Job summary

POSITION SUMMARY: Completes deliveries and pick-up of parts and materials as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors as directed.
• Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors as coordinated through Parts Manager.
• Sort transfers as requested by Parts Manager.
• Assist the parts counter when needed.
• Ensure all paperwork is done accurately, timely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain vehicle used for deliveries.
• Wash and clean machinery as assigned.
• Assists in maintaining shop area in an organized and clean manner.
• Communicate vendor or customer requests and concerns to management.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the facility location, including mowing, spraying, and general upkeep.
• Backup to the Shuttle driver.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience: Individual should have a high school diploma or its equivalent. The individual should have a minimum of six months of related experience, steady work record, and must be able to perform each of the essential position functions.
