Job description

Store Asset Protection Representative

Purpose: Assist in combating merchandise loss and maintaining a safe environment throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Secure the premises and personnel by patrolling the property.
• Report suspected or observed dishonest activity by customers, employees, and third parties to the appropriate departments, and collaborate with Loss Prevention Management and team.
• Communicate in a professional and courteous manner to employees, customers, and vendors.
• Comply with workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain K&G's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and a culture of customer-obsession.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well and consult with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
