Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a part-time Loss Prevention/Associate role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with a General Manager to uphold policies, monitor entrances, and assist with safety and security inspections while delivering courteous service to customers.

The position requires standing up to 8 hours, potential night/weekend shifts, and the ability to lift 20 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shortage reduction/investigations.
• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain the employee entrance and track packages.
• Conduct store security checks and suggest loss-prevention improvements.
• Provide a courteous visual presence at entrance/exit and greet customers.
