Jos. A. Bank, a division of Tailored Brands, is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to join our in-store team. You’ll mark, alter, press garments and ensure a perfect fit, delivering a personalized shopping experience for every guest.

Formal tailoring training is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork to help customers select and tailor their outfits. You’ll work across brand locations as needed and support a clean, well-organized tailor shop.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Good technical skill with sewing equipment.
• Strong communication and team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet, interact with customers regarding requests.
• Mark, alter and press garments to achieve best fit.
• Ensure proper fit of garments.
• Answer customer questions.
• Mark garments for tailoring.
• Press garments.
• Maintain open dialogue with management.
• Help other team members.
• Keep the tailor shop clean and organized.
• Ensure customers are properly sized.
• Offer wardrobe ensemble suggestions.
