• Ability to read and write in Spanish and English, interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective presentation of information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

The Opportunity:

The Restaurant Clerk position is a key contact point for our customer service experience. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, following company standards for preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment.

Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for all positions related to food preparation, handling, and serving.
