Job summary

Public Storage in New Jersey is seeking Property Managers who work across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, to assess storage needs and drive rental solutions. You will manage daily tasks including inspections, cash handling, and customer payments while supporting a growing, service-based team.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service–led sales and hold a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service-based).
• Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections to verify inventory and readiness to rent spaces.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
