You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent. The role includes cash handling, deposits, and facilitating payments for customers.

The position offers flexible, full-time schedules with mileage reimbursement for travel between properties and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
