Job summary

Highline Storage Partners is seeking a Storage Property Manager to manage field operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service at a storage center. This full-time, hourly role reports to the Area Manager or District Manager and emphasizes revenue growth, security, and a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities include marketing, pricing, and occupancy strategies, payment processing, and maintaining financial records.

Qualifications

High-school diploma or GED required.
Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and revenue goals through advertising, marketing strategies, and direct customer engagement – both in person and over the phone.
Develop marketing strategies based on competitive insights to attract and retain customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and positive manner.
Monitor and optimize revenue by adjusting pricing, promotions, and occupancy strategies to maximize profitability.
Submit timely and accurate reports on property performance, financials, and operational updates.
