Highline Storage Partners is seeking a proactive Property Manager for a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role at a storage center. You will drive sales, provide excellent customer service, handle administrative and financial tasks, and ensure the facility is well-maintained and secure.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to operational needs, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and manage day-to-day operations.
• Achieve sales and revenue goals through advertising, marketing, and direct engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally.
• Monitor revenue, pricing, promotions, and occupancy; maintain financial records.
• Oversee maintenance, security, and upkeep of the facility and office areas.
• Coordinate with contractors for larger maintenance projects and improvements.
