You will manage pricing, promotions, and payments while maintaining a secure, clean facility and coordinating maintenance. Strong communication and independent work are essential in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and occupancy goals through local advertising and direct engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally.
• Manage payments, invoices, deposits, and accurate financial records daily.
• Adjust pricing and promotions to optimize revenue and occupancy.
