Job summary

Public Storage in Spicewood, Texas is seeking a Property Manager who works across multiple locations, assesses customer storage needs, suggests packing and moving supplies, and conducts daily inspections to keep spaces ready to rent. You will audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, help customers stay current on payments, and handle reminder calls.

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to work at multiple locations and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
