Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple sites in Michigan. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell supplies, and conduct daily inspections to keep spaces ready to rent. You will also handle cash handling, deposits, and collections while traveling between properties with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between locations.
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and work outdoors part of the time.

Aufgaben

• Work independently at multiple locations to assist customers and rent storage space.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
