• Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle to travel between properties.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple locations independently, both indoor and outdoor.
• Assess storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and readiness of spaces for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
