Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader and we are Hiring Now. Property Managers work across multiple locations to assess customer storage needs and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

You will inspect units, handle cash tasks, and assist customers with payments while offering packing supplies. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service oriented sales environments and can travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
