Public Storage in Brookline, MA, is hiring a Property Manager. Earn $17.50 per hour with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and bonuses are available based on performance. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing supplies, conducting daily inspections, cash handling, and assisting customers with payments and reminders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and manage reminders/collections.
