Public Storage is seeking an energetic Property Manager to serve multiple locations in the Gardner, KS area. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections.

This full-time role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a rewards package with benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match), and potential bonuses based on performance. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant or service-based industries.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
