Job summary

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations, blending indoor and outdoor work. You’ll assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure units are ready to rent, while performing daily inspections and cash handling.

This role includes flexible, full-time schedules within 9:30am–6pm (weekends until 5pm) and mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. A performance bonus opportunity is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and reminders/collections.
