Go Store It - Self Storage is hiring a Self-Storage Property Manager for Windsor Mill, MD. This on-site role involves daily site inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring clean, secure, and ready storage units while delivering great customer service to tenants.

We value reliability and a valid driver’s license for site access and contractor coordination. No degree required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is essential and benefits include health and retirement offerings.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.
• Prior experience in property or facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property daily for issues such as trash, damage, or equipment faults.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors; handle simple fixes when possible.
• Keep common areas clean and safe, and ensure units are ready for turnover.
• Assist on-site customers and landlords, handling inquiries and scheduling.
• Oversee alarms, lighting, gates to ensure proper functioning and security.
