Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, handling both indoor tasks and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs and propose solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.

Daily responsibilities include unit inspections to ensure availability, cash handling with deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments. A valid driver’s license and regular travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service industries.
• Ability to travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds and outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections when needed.
