Job summary

Public Storage seeks an independent Property Manager to oversee multiple locations in McKinney, Texas. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and help keep spaces ready to rent.

You will perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, deposits, and assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, food service, etc).
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel between locations with own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time outdoors
• Cleaning and daily maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
