Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Storage to lead the strategy and roadmap for our high-performance storage offerings. You will partner with engineering to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective storage solutions, aligning with AI workloads and market needs.

You will drive market analysis, gather customer requirements, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management, backed by data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud storage or related fields.
Strong understanding of storage technologies and trends, including file system storage and object storage.
Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s storage offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the storage domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch storage solutions and features that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction.
