Job summary

CoreWeave is redefining AI cloud services and infrastructure for scale. The company seeks a Program Leader in Product Engineering to drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure scalable, secure, high-performance cloud platforms and tools.

You will report to the VP of Engineering Operations and partner with engineering, product, and operations teams. You will lead end-to-end product operations, orchestrate launches for Compute, Storage, Networking, and Managed Services, and implement health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and IaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run end-to-end product operations, aligning cross-functional teams.
• Operationalize launch readiness, including Go/No-Go and risk tracking.
• Drive cross-functional launch execution for Compute, Storage, Networking, and Managed Services.
• Partner on operational readiness, SLOs/SLIs for launches.
• Establish cadences and create clear status communications.
• Define product health metrics and dashboards, inform roadmap decisions.
• Create scalable playbooks, checklists, and post-launch documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to simplify and automate processes.
