Qualifications

• At least three years of warehouse-operations experience.
• At least two years using automated warehouse management systems in the past five years.
• Experience maintaining or analyzing storage locations, bin data, stock positioning, density, or space utilization.
• Ability to interpret warehouse-location data, dimensions, labeling requirements, and planography drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government Storage Specialist to maintain accurate storage-location data.
• Verify WMS bin locations reflect physical dimensions, characteristics, restrictions, and approved use.
• Ensure storage locations follow naming schema and are labeled and represented on planography drawings.
• Monitor compliance with warehousing requirements, storage compatibility, and accessibility.
• Identify locations below 50 percent density and direct rewarehousing actions.
• Consolidate locations to improve density and create capacity for new inductions.
• Analyze location, cube, velocity, utilization, and material-characteristic data to support stock positioning.
• Coordinate bin-to-bin moves, WMS updates, labeling, and planography changes.
• Support storage audits, location surveys, and continuous improvement.
