Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Medford, OR is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with retail sales and customer service experience to grow within our career path. The role involves showing units, guiding leasing, and meeting occupancy objectives.

You will work Tue-Sat 9:45am-5:45pm, earn $17.50/hour with monthly and quarterly bonuses, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k)/Roth with matching, paid sick leave, and annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to self-manage and meet objectives.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries
• Maintain property to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Other duties assigned by leadership
