Job summary

Universal Storage Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee routine upkeep of storage facilities and office spaces. You will perform visual inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure a clean, safe, secure environment across our retail locations.

The role includes hands-on duties such as painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks, plus daily lock checks and minor site maintenance. A valid driver's license and passing background/drug screens are required.

Qualifications

• Attitude and Aptitude Testing

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect storage units and equipment
• Maintenance of storage and office facilities
• Clean spaces and common areas daily
• Lock checks and security maintenance
• Painting, carpentry, light electrical/plumbing
• Assist with fire tests and inspections
• Repairs and maintains physical structure including landscaping
