Job summary

KO Storage is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across our self-storage locations. You will work with a District Manager, troubleshoot issues, perform routine inspections, and lead repair and improvement projects with a hands-on approach.

You must be skilled with general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and safety compliance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Field service and maintenance experience with a mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment as described.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit facilities to identify maintenance improvements and safety concerns.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Complete walk-through reports and document site conditions and progress.
• Maintain facility security, cleanliness, and landscape duties as needed.
• Communicate with tenants and teams in a timely, professional manner.
