Qualifications

• Strong experience with Redis/Tair, MySQL, TiDB, MongoDB, and S3-compatible storage.
• Deep understanding of database architecture, performance, replication, and high availability.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design scalable storage and database solutions.
• Develop and optimize architectures using Redis, MySQL, TiDB, MongoDB, and related data platforms.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence of solutions.
• Drive automation across deployment, monitoring, alerting, and workflows.
• Enhance platform reliability through observability and infrastructure automation.
• Promote DevOps practices across database and storage operations.
• Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on roadmaps.
