Applebrook Homes LLC is seeking a Storage Consultant to identify tenant needs and recommend appropriate storage options while delivering exceptional service. The role supports the Property Manager with collections, maintains clean facilities, and may perform light maintenance.

Must have 1–2 years in retail/storage and a valid driver’s license, with weekend availability. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, reflective of experience, and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or storage experience required.
• Highschool graduate or GED required.
• Excellent English communication skills to interact with tenants, guests, and co-workers.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; available Mondays.
• Energetic, with integrity, honesty, dependability and personal responsibility.
• Motivation to deliver great customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Must be within commuting distance to the facility.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective customers' needs and offer storage solutions.
• Provide a high level of service to current customers.
• Assist the Property Manager with collection of past due accounts.
• Maintain facility cleanliness - storage units, property and front office.
• Perform light maintenance as needed.
• Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
• Take immense pride in delivering quality service.
