Job summary

Storage Asset Management in Roanoke, VA is seeking a proactive Property Leasing Manager to convert inquiries into rentals, deliver engaging facility tours, and keep the site exceptionally clean and well maintained. You will lead leasing and sales efforts, establish a visible local presence, mentor assistant managers, and ensure accurate rent collections and records.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service is required.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Light maintenance and property upkeep.
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operations.
• Experience in sales/marketing with proven ability to generate business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High School diploma/GED; college education a plus.
• Stand for several hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Completion of pre-employment background screening.
• Previous storage management experience is a plus.

• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
