Storage Asset Management is seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional to drive storage rentals and lead daily property operations at our Saint Petersburg location. You will close inquiries, conduct facility tours, and maintain a premium showroom environment while coordinating marketing and community outreach.

The ideal candidate has proven sales or leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills a must.
• Open availability including weekends is needed.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep.
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operation environment.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing with a proven ability to generate business and close leads.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes.
• A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus.
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• Completion of pre-employment background screening.
• Previous experience in storage management a plus!

• Elevate the customer experience with engaging facility tours.
• Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
