Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Center Associate in Plano, Texas to handle transactions and storage rentals while delivering excellent customer service. You will maintain detailed records and help keep the site clean and secure, supporting the center manager in directing staff.

Eligible applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and strong communication skills; training is provided through U-Haul University.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions, storage rentals and customer service.
• Keep regular, detailed and complete records.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of the storage site.
• Assist the storage center manager with directing and motivating center personnel.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
