Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking candidates in Homewood, IL for a role that calls storage buy customers and manages the customer storage audit process. The position offers both full-time and part-time options with a base pay starting at $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include obtaining customer information, managing orders within a 14-day window, conducting audits, and delivering storage buy orders in POS while upholding safety and core values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the required customer information needed to properly manage all storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure orders are delivered within the 14 day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy. Audits per SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
