Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks a Domain Architect to leverage domain technologies across solutions, ensuring governance, standards, and roadmaps are followed. The role partners with Solutions Architects to deliver cost‑effective, scalable architectures.

You will contribute to domain roadmaps, evaluate trends, and mentor SMEs while ensuring architectural alignment with enterprise goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in an IT Architect or Lead Subject Matter Expert role.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in architecture, design, implementation and management of technologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply the technology in their domain to solve business problems in a cost effective, supportable way.
• Develop guidance for incorporating technology within their domain into solutions, including standards and reference architectures.
• Define high-level migration plans to address gaps between current and future state.
• Governance over domain technologies and how they are incorporated into solutions.
• Participate in Enterprise Architecture processes as the expert in their domain.
