The Opportunity:

CCI is seeking a Storage Administrator, Journeyman who will provide essential support and management of data storage solutions for the USSTRATCOM enterprise. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of critical data assets while optimizing storage performance and capacity.

Location:

Omaha, Nebraska. Contingent upon award of the USSTRATCOM SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy, configure, and maintain storage systems.
2. Monitor storage arrays, disk provisioning, and zoning for optimal performance.
3. Monitor storage capacity and plan for future growth.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve data recovery and system integrity issues.
5. Analyze and optimize storage performance through configuration tuning and workload balancing.
6. Generate reports on storage usage, performance, and incidents.
7. Apply expertise on complex work assignments, requiring originality and innovation.
8. Develop methodologies and present solutions independently.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in data storage administration or related IT roles.
• Certification: 8140 Cert within 6 months of start (e.g., 451 - Basic, A+, CND, Network+), or applicable degree or training.

Desired:

• NetApp Certified Professional.
• Proficiency in SAN, NAS, and data management tools.
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in mission-critical environments.

Pay Range:
