• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication.
• Understanding of CNC equipment, templating, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Prior shop lead or high level installation lead experience within the stone countertop industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication activities and production workflow.
• Ensure quality control across fabrication and installation processes.
• Coordinate installation planning with crew and customers.
• Monitor safety and efficiency in the shop.
