Job summary

International Stone Gallery in Lancaster County is seeking a Countertop Installer or Installer Helper to transform residential and commercial spaces using granite, quartz, and marble. You’ll be the face of quality craftsmanship and join a team that values problem-solving and safety.

Starting pay is $20–$30 per hour with promotional opportunities and regular raises. Training is provided to develop technical skills with grinders, polishers, and heavy-lift tasks in a collaborative shop and job-site

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and spatial understanding; able to read layouts.
• Problem-solving mindset with multiple solution approaches.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable in a field-service role.
• Ambitious, seeking career growth beyond a gig.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Precision installation of premium stone surfaces.
• Analyze site conditions and resolve issues for a flawless fit.
• Operate grinders, polishers and saws for artisan finishes.
• Represent the brand with professional, high-energy client interactions.
• Assist with heavy-lifting and safe transport/positioning of stone (75 lbs).
