Select Surfaces Inc. is hiring a dedicated Installation Technician to install quartz countertops and other stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects in Minnesota. You will join a team that values reliability, safety, and quality workmanship.

Our environment emphasizes training and professional growth, with a starting 7AM schedule, Monday–Friday (Saturdays optional), and opportunities to advance into roles like CAD Drafter or Project Manager as you develop skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Basic computer literacy and navigational skills required.
• Clean driving record; will drive company vehicles.
• DOT certification required prior to driving company vehicles or assistance provided if needed.
• Physical strength for moving heavy materials (100 lbs+).
• Growth mindset with opportunities for internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Install quartz countertops and other stone surfacing for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and vehicle.
• Typical start time 7AM, Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays; punctuality required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Installation of quartz countertops & other stone surfacing applications for residential & commercial projects.

Keep & maintain a clean & safe work environment & vehicle.

7AM Start time Monday - Friday (optional Saturdays) - Must be able to show up on time, everyday.

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma

Legal to work in the United States

Excellent Verbal & Writing Communication Skills (English)

Basic computer literacy & navigational capabilities (yes, it’s a must)

Clean driving record. This position will require driving company vehicles. A DOT certification will be required prior to driving company vehicles. If you do not have a DOT health card we can assist with that.

Physical strength (ain’t going to lie, this load may get a little heavy & lifting & handling 100lbs + will be required from time to time)
