Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Stockroom Lead to organize, direct and optimize operations for maintenance parts and materials in our site warehouse. You will supervise the stockroom team, partner with vendors, and ensure accurate SAP documentation and timely procurement to support manufacturing.

The role emphasizes cost control, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement under TPM/Lean practices, with a 1st shift (7A-3P). Strong CMMS and Excel skills, plus 3+ years in inventory/MRO, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in inventory and MRO management.
• 1 year or more of manufacturing stock room experience.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems.
• Prior Stockroom and/or MRO management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to maximize contribution.
• Organize and direct the Stockroom to support daily operations.
• Source and procure materials and services for Maintenance and Building operations.
• Manage Stockroom transactions in SAP.
• Monitor Stockroom KPIs and budget within TPM/Lean framework.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control.
